Case study · In-house product
We designed, built and operate Travelzop — a complete OTA (online travel agency) platform for flights and hotels, with a real accounting engine and a B2B agent network underneath. Built once, ready to run any travel brand as its own.
Travelzop is proof we build past the demo — and that we're willing to bet on our own products, not just client work.
Travel businesses are usually stuck with a bad choice: rent a generic booking widget with someone else's branding and fees on every transaction, or spend years building the accounting, agent network and admin tooling a real travel operation actually needs. We saw the gap and built Travelzop ourselves — a complete platform we operate, and can deploy white-label for any travel brand that wants to own its technology instead of renting it.
A full-stack Next.js platform covering flight and hotel search and booking through a supplier-agnostic adapter architecture — so the platform isn't locked to a single supplier and can plug in new flight and hotel sources as it grows. Around that booking core sits a genuine double-entry accounting engine (a balancing trial balance, P&L and exportable journal, not a simplified reporting layer), VAT/GST-ready invoicing, and a B2B agent portal with wallets, credit lines, tiered markups and sub-agent (B2B2B) support for businesses that resell through their own networks. A role-based admin control centre governs staff permissions, suppliers, content and reporting across the whole platform.
The real engineering challenge wasn't the search box — it was making many different supplier APIs behave like one consistent inventory. Flight and hotel suppliers each have their own data shapes, pricing rules and booking flows; the platform normalises all of it behind a single adapter layer, so search results, live rate-checks and bookings feel identical to the end user regardless of which supplier fulfils them underneath. That architecture is also what makes the platform genuinely white-label: brand name, theme and legal entity are all configurable per deployment, without touching the underlying engine.
Every deployment — the booking engine, the accounting ledger, the agent network, the admin layer — runs on infrastructure we control, on a production MySQL database, with full source ready to hand over to a travel brand that wants to own theirs outright. No per-booking platform fees skimmed by a third party, no feature paywalled behind someone else's roadmap. It's the same philosophy behind everything we build: software should be owned, not rented.
Under the hood
One search across multiple suppliers, with live rate-checks and a unified booking flow — built to extend to tours and car rental next.
Sell direct to consumers, run an agent network with wallets, credit and tiered markups, and support sub-agents reselling through their own channels.
Genuine double-entry bookkeeping — balancing trial balance, P&L and exportable journal — plus VAT/GST-ready invoicing.
